The Portuguese coach has been doing great and he is waiting for the new club’s director to plan an ambitious future. Tiago Pinto and Fonseca are already in contact.

The beginning of the new year could be very promising for the Giallorossi. The team has been doing well and sits in the third position in the Serie A standings but albeit it is better to focus only on the next match, the club is strengthening its management as well.

Tiago Pinto seems to be ready to join the prestigious club of the Eternal City and Paulo Fonseca is waiting for him to build something important.

We have been talking and we are waiting for Tiago to get here so we can keep talking. But we have already been in contact.

Paulo Fonseca said today in the press conference ahead of Roma v Sampdoria

Roma‘s roster needs a few additions to be extremely competitive this campaign. There’s always room for improvement, but the feeling is that the Giallorossi can seriously compete with the top side of the Italian league at this time.

There are rumors of Roma’s interest in El Shaarawy and Bernard. Reportedly, the Italian winger would be happy to join the Lupi again. But the Brazilian left-winger may be the best target in the current transfer window.

Bernard hasn’t been playing much this season at Everton (9 matches, 2 goals, 1 assist, 485′ minutes). Paulo Fonseca knows he is a talented player capable of covering different roles. The 28-year-old from Belo Horizonte is a superb attacking midfielder who could help Pedro, Pellegrini, and Mkhitaryan behind Dzeko.
