This is a very different birthday for Leonardo Spinazzola. Roma’s fullback turns 27 and spoke to Roma Radio about the current global situation highlighting the immense work that healthcare workers are doing.
“A big hug to the city of Bergamo with which I have a special relationship and to all the health personnel who are sacrificing for us in these difficult days. They are the real heroes,” Spinazzola said to Roma Radio.
There are people who are saving lives on a daily basis, their work and dedication make the difference in a period of extreme difficulty.
Football is on-hold at this time and nobody knows if it will be possible to restart this season. Spinazzola misses his teammates: “I miss training with my teammates so much, they are like a second family you have fun with…We must have patience and wait.”
