The Croatian striker will lead Roma’s offensive operations tomorrow at the Allianz stadium. Kalinic will replace Dzeko hoping to confirm his good performance in Parma.
The Giallorossi are ready to face the best Italian team in their fort. Juventus-Roma will take place at the Allianz stadium tomorrow at 2:45 PM (EST). Since the beginning of Juventus’ adventure in their new stadium, the Lupi always came out defeated.
Paulo Fonseca wants to change this negative trend and bring Roma to the next round of the Coppa Italia edition 2019-20. It’s going to be a tough match for Juventus as well. As Maurizio Sarri said in today’s press conference, the Giallorossi are a strong side that has been doing well especially away from the Stadio Olimpico.
The Roma fans are hoping for another convincing performance of their Croatian striker. Nikola Kalinic plays the role very similarly to Dzeko and he will be in charge of the offensive operations tomorrow.
“Dzeko is difficult to replace. But Kalinic is a player who may have experienced some difficult moments but who can be very dangerous,” Juventus’ coach Sarri stated today. “He is a complete player who, in the single-game, deserves great attention.”
The 32-year-old from Solin (Croatia) made only 9 appearances (298′ minutes) since the beginning of the season without scoring goals. The fans of the Giallorossi hope to see him rejoice at the Allianz stadium.
