The Argentine defender is ready to face Sampdoria but he also wants to win a streak of matches.
The international break is now over and Federico Fazio would be happy to see Roma win a series of matches to close the gap with those teams currently leading the Serie A standings. It’s not going to be easy though, especially because Claudio Ranieri is now leading the Blucerchiati.
“Ranieri is a coach with great experience…he can give them the motivation they need,” said Fazio to Sky Sport.
Roma will face Sampdoria on Sunday but Borussia and Milan are around the corner as well, three important clashes in seven days.
“These are very important challenges that we have to win, especially in the league we have to win to get the three points,” said the Argentine center-back. “We have to win away from home. It would be important to win them all.”
Fazio also confirmed that Perotti is now back into the group after his long injury while Pastore is fit and training hard.
