Mkhitaryan: I’ll Never Give Up but I’ll Fight to Help the Team

The Armenian star held his press conference as a new Roma player. Mkhitaryan is not afraid of the high expectations in Rome.

Gianluca Petrachi finalized his acquisition at the end of the summer transfer window and the Armenia international is now ready to help the Giallorossi in their hunt for a Champions League spot.

I’m very happy to be here. I have had a difficult time but now there’s this new adventure,” said Mkhitaryan to the press at Trigoria today. “I’m aware of the club’s objectives and I will give my best to help the team reach them.

When asked about the expectations in the Italian capital, Henrikh Mkhitaryan said: “Roma is a new experience. I’ll never give up. I’ll fight to help the team. I’m not afraid of pressure. It’s always like that in big teams. I’m 30 and I know how to manage that.”
