The former coach of the Giallorossi spoke to Sky Sport about the future of the club and the importance of the new stadium.
He left the team’s leadership just a few weeks ago but he knows everything of Trigoria. Claudio Ranieri is a wise manager and skilled coach. He knows that many new challenges will be difficult for Roma but hopes that everything can go well.
The stadium is a top priority for Jim Pallotta. The American investor knows that only the exponential increase in revenues can give the club that necessary financial solidity to touch the stars.
Ranieri agrees with his former employer on this matter. When Sky Sport asked him for a prediction about the future of the Giallorossi, he clearly stated: “A lot depends on the stadium and the possibility to build it. It’s normal that a club wants to do things well. Even because Financial Fair Play requires that,” said Ranieri.
“The ownership is working well. But the fans wants to see results on the pitch. The most important thing right now is to find a new coach and a new sporting director. Everyone must work towards the same direction.”
