Inter CEO Giuseppe Marotta spoke about the future of the nerazzurri confirming Spalletti on the bench for next season. Roma can still hope to hire Conte.
Antonio Conte is still deciding what to do with his professional career but this is certainly a positive day for Roma. Reportedly, the giallorossi made a very attractive offer to the Italian coach, but the former Juventus and Chelsea man is still thinking about his next step.
Not many teams are still looking for a new coach though. Allegedly, even Inter is out of the race at this time. Today, Inter CEO Giuseppe Marotta spoke about the future of the club and clearly confirmed Luciano Spalletti on the bench.
“There is an excellent relationship with Spalletti. Let’s bring the boat to the port as soon as possible, then we’ll see if we can analyze the future program that will surely be with him,” he said to DAZN
If Inter are not chasing Conte anymore, Roma could have more chances to reach their goal. Reportedly, Juventus have confirmed Max Allegri and Bayern Munich should go ahead with Niko Kovac.
Manchester United are still in the race for Antonio Conte though. Although the Red Devils extended Ole Gunnar Solskjær‘s contract lately, the British side is passing through a tough moment and could decide to change leader once again.
