“When Totti retired it was very emotional. It doesn’t happen often that I feel such a big emotion for something. I suggested him to play more years. I couldn’t see him as a director. He is sad.

Totti made the difference for 25 years. He cannot play every match but he could still play for at least ten Serie A clubs at this time. I chose Roma because he was the best player by far. Juventus was chasing me too but I decided to join him in Rome.

I am a vagabond. I chose to play for several teams to have more stimulus. Totti is a Roma fan and played with that team for his entire career. He deserved that celebration.

I threw my career away because I was eating too match and I wasn’t training well. I understood these things when I turned 34.

Inter will win the Scudetto because Spalletti is a genius. They also have to play only one match a week and this is definitely an advantage for them. I see Juventus and Napoli behind them. The Partenopei have Insigne who is a great friend and the best Italian player right now. Sarri knows what he has to do. Napoli has two two-level players such as Insigne and Reina and many other normal guys.

Milan‘s recent acquisitions were great. They also kept Donnarumma and this is very important. He is a phenomenon and he will be the best goalkeeper for the next 20 years. Montella is like Allegri, a good manager able to exploit his players. Milan, Lazio, and Roma will compete for the fourth position.

Di Francesco has a great personality and he is a good manager. Monchi is a director who knows the players better than everyone else.
