The day after the burning defeat that Roma suffered in the derby, the former captain of the Giallorossi shakes the AS Roma world.

Giuseppe Giannini was interviewed by Centro Suono Sport, an Italian radio station that covers news and insights about the official AS Roma team, and expressed his disappointment with the performance of the Giallorossi against Lazio.

“Today, the true AS Roma fan is disappointed and angry for what was seen yesterday. I am sick of seeing these kinds of seasons, to watch such shameful figures on the pitch. In the period when I was playing, I suffered fierce criticisms, my car was scratched, I fought on the street with Romanistas and supporters of Lazio, so today I am not pulling back pretending not to do anything.

To see people walking in the field without love, without a minimum of pride for the vest they wear, hurt as a former player and fan of this team. Players have to think about playing. They do not have to talk about the future of the coach, or support one rather than another.

We are the AS Roma, we are the AS Roma!

You can no longer manage a company thousands of miles away. Baldini cannot rule on Roma from London deciding who comes and who goes. Yesterday I watched with amazement Monchi that for more than ten minutes looked at the Curva Sud, the colors, and the fans. This is a leadership and a property that does not have the Giallorossi soul. They will never know where to put their hands and how to remedy any mistakes made.

Why has Bruno Conti been left on the margins of the club? He is the only and undisputed Romanista of this management.
