Luciano Spalletti has finally clarified his future. At least, it looks like that.

After the fantastic and convincing victory against AC Milan, the Tuscan coach clarified some concepts that made him receive constant criticism during the year.

“When I arrived in Rome, the first thing I asked the president, the manager, and everyone else was to make the situation clear with him (Totti). Instead, we are still talking about these things. It is a sign that I was not very good at making them understand me.”

AS ROMA 360 had previously written that Spalletti’s problem is his conflicting relationship with Totti.

This problem does not arise from the fact that the two do not agree with each other, but that the much-beloved king of Rome would not want to end his remarkable story with his club. However, age passes for everyone. The signs of the battles that Totti fought to support the Giallorossi colors are there to confirm this.

Once again, president James Pallotta has confirmed that Spalletti is working well. The Bostonian investor made it clear. The most important thing is the team and the fate of a club that comes before anything else.

“It was very nice to see all the fans applauding Totti and his monstrous class, but the team always comes first. The coach made the right move because we are fighting for the direct access to the Champions League. Anyway, if he had put Totti in the last five or six minutes, someone would have said he would not have been respectful.

I could not blame him if he should leave Rome because the media wrote nonsense every week. Wait for the end of the season because I will have a lot to say, I’ll tell you the whole story.”
