The UEFA chief investigator Yves Leterme provided updates on the financial situation of 14 clubs which signed settlement agreements to improve their financial situation.
The CFCB Investigatory Chamber unveiled that GNK Dinamo Zagreb (Croatia), Manchester City FC (England) and Paris Saint-Germain (France) have fully complied with all the requirements of the Financial Fair Play. These clubs have, therefore, exited the settlement regime.

UEFA further confirmed that AS Monaco FC (France), AS Roma (Italy) and Fenerbahçe SK (Turkey) have complied with the targets set for season 2016/17. The settlement regime will continue to apply for season 2017/18 for both AS Monaco FC and AS Roma.
Inter (Italy) Beşiktaş JK (Turkey), and Trabzonspor AŞ (Turkey) only partially fulfilled the targets set for season 2016/17. As a consequence, they will suffer limitation on the number of players that may be included in the List A and the transfer restrictions.
