Benfica’s star Lazar Marković seems to be a Roma target. Many teams are really interested to the player but Marković’s price is very high. Last week rumors reported that Chelsea were interest in the Serbian forward, however, Mourinho redirected his attention somewhere else.
The actual challenge seems to be that between Roma and Liverpool. Shortly, Liverpool could invest some of the money coming from Suarez’s deal with Barcelona, while Roma could do the same after closing Benatia’s deal with Manchester City.
During last season Lazar Marković impressed for his skills and speed. He constantly performed well in the Portuguese league as well as in the Europa League.
Sabatini seems to be really ready to challenge Liverpool for this great star. Lazar Marković has always been one of Sabatini’s favorite players.
