Is Sabatini really looking to complete a mega deal for the strong Belgian forward Romero Lukaku?

According to the Daily Star the AS Roma is seriously interested in his signature.

In the last couple of years Lukaku impressed the world with his athletic power and goals scored. However, Jose Mourinho was not very impressed by the quality of the Belgian striker and he decided to buy Diego Costa, the strong Brazilian-Spanish forward, that astounded everyone during the last Spanish Liga and Champions League.

Romero Lukaku seems to be relegated to a simple secondary role if he decides to stay at Chelsea. Although the player knows that with Chelsea he could win the next Premier League and compete for the most prestigious European cup he is also convinced to try another experience, perhaps abroad, with another important team…perhaps the AS Roma.

In fact, Sabatini seems to be really interested in the Belgian striker and, at this stage, he is only trying to understand how to approach Chelsea. He knows perfectly that Mourinho would like to buy the Moroccan defender, Benatia, but Sabatini did not want to sell the player. AS Roma would be ready to make a big economic effort to close this deal also because Lukaku would be the BIG name that Nike would like AS Roma to purchase in order to boost the sale of products.

It will not be easy to find an agreement with Mourinho but, in the next weeks, Sabatini will try close the mega deal.
