The strategies implemented by AS Roma’s president Pallotta and his collaborators dramatically increased the overall value of the club of the Eternal City.
Although the Giallorossi haven’t brought any trophies to Trigoria in a long time, the Bostonian investor and president of AS Roma James Pallotta drastically reshaped the prestigious Italian football powerhouse by implementing ad-hoc strategies with the goal of increasing the overall value of the enterprise.
According to the report released by KPMG Football Benchmark, AS Roma’s enterprise value has been growing steadily in the past five years. In 2016, the value of the Lupi reportedly was €358M. Nowadays, instead, the club of Trigoria is worth about €244 million more than before. Its predicted current value is €602M (+68.2%).
If we take into consideration only the data from 2018 to 2020, AS Roma’s overall value increased by €147M. According to KPMG Football Benchmark, the Giallorossi are now the 16th most valuable football club in the world.
