The Italian young prodigy spoke about his career and he also focused on his first match with Roma against Real Madrid.

There’s something special about this player. Nicolò Zaniolo rapidly became the idol of the Roma fans and his positive attitude is benefiting the Giallorossi.

The right-winger spoke to DAZN about his career and also focused on his debut against Real Madrid in the Champions League. When Eusebio Di Francesco decided to play him, the young Italian talent was almost shocked.

“Since the morning, I knew that I was going to play that match. I stayed all day staring at the ceiling in disbelief.”

When he saw such football stars he was even more impressed. “In the underpass, you don’t see the field, I only saw a wall of white shirts next to me and people like Ramos, Bale, and Modric,” Zaniolo said to DAZN. “You just have to stay calm and think that if the coach is playing you it means you deserve it and he has seen something in you.”

His performance was good: “I tried my best and it didn’t go so badly.” That was a pivotal moment in his career. Nicolò Zaniolo is now one of the best youngsters in the world. Roma have a jewel in their roster.
