Fonseca worried and without offensive options

Fonseca spoke to the press about the upcoming Serie A match Genoa-Roma but he also stated that only Kluivert and Under will be available for tomorrow.

Politano will no longer be a Roma player but Paulo Fonseca needs somebody able to replace Nicolò Zaniolo. There are offensive issues to be solved at Roma and the coach of the Giallorossi is clearly worried about the current situation.

“I have to be honest, yes, I’m worried. This week, on the sides we have only Kluivert and Under. Pellegrini is the only trequartista. Perotti suffered a trauma against Parma and he will not be available on Sunday and likely even against Juventus,” Fonseca said today during the press conference ahead of Genoa-Roma.

Roma’s sporting director Gianluca Petrachi and Guido Fienga are working hard to find a right-winger. According to Paulo Fonseca that is the only role Roma want to cover in the current transfer window: “I wanted Politano but I trust Petrachi and Fienga…We are looking for another player.”
