The Spaniard joined the Giallorossi after a long negotiation between Roma and Barcelona. Carles Perez can’t wait to begin this new challenge.

Gonzalo Villar and Carles Perez are now two new Roma players. Both of them lived their first day at the Fulvio Bernardini training center and they are now excited to start this new Italian adventure.

Carles Perez left the richest club in the world (Barcelona) to improve and become a world-class player. Roma’s chief executive Guido Fienga firmly believes the Spaniard has everything to play great football in the eternal city: “We are very satisfied with Carles’ arrival in Rome.”

The 21-year-old winger is ready and very motivated to begin this challenge as Perez stated through his official Instagram account.

“I’m very happy and motivated to begin this new challenge as an AS Roma player. I’ll give my best for this historic club and to repay the trust that has been given to me. I wanted to thank all the Roma fans for your wonderful welcome. I can’t wait to start!”
