Former Inter star Javier Zanetti spoke about the upcoming Serie A clash Inter-Roma. He believes the Giallorossi are not an easy opponent to face.
Inter legend and current vice president Javier Zanetti is happy to see his beloved side at the top of the Serie A standings albeit the Italian league will be complicated until the end.
Many more clashes must be played and the upcoming game against Roma is going to be a difficult exam for Antonio Conte’s side. “It’s a very important and positive moment but there’s still a long way to go,” Zanetti said today.
Both teams have been playing good football and Conte has already shaped his team as he likes. The Nerazzurri play a compact 3-5-2 but Paulo Fonseca may surprise the Italian coach on the flanks.
“Conte and his guys are doing well but we will face a very complicated side on Friday,” Javier Zanetti confirmed. “It’s going to be difficult.”
Inter-Roma will take place on Friday at the Stadio San Siro. Antonio Conte needs to reshape his midfield due to the absence of Barella, Sensi, and Gaglirdini. Paulo Fonseca is hoping to recover Edin Dzeko (fever) and Justin Kluivert is ruled out of the game.
