Two more weeks to see Pastore back. Kluivert ready for Spal

The Argentine and the Dutchman are still trying to recover from their injuries. Fonseca told the press something more about Pastore and Kluivert.

The Giallorossi are back in trouble. After a period in which Fonseca had recovered most of his stars, a few consecutive defections take away many options from the Portuguese coach.

Cristante will be back in January, Smalling and Pellegrini got injured at the beginning of this week as well as Pau Lopez who will be replaced by Mirante for the second consecutive match.

In today’s press conference Paulo Fonseca said something more about Javier Pastore and Justin Kluivert.

“Kluivert is coming back. He may be available against Spal. Pastore is doing a specific workout and I believe he will be available in two weeks,” Fonseca stated to the press ahead of the Europa League clash Roma-Wolfsberger.

The Argentine would have been the right player to replace Pellegrini in the attacking third tomorrow. Kluivert, instead, could have pushed on the right flank to break in the defense of the Austrian team.

Although the Giallorossi have many absences tomorrow as well, Fonseca and his men must give their best to get access to the Europa League knockout stage.
