Roma light up a murky day at the stadio olimpico: 3-0 to Brescia

The Giallorossi defeat Brescia showing a neat superiority during the second half. Roma collect three points and a temporary Champions League spot.

They were working hard to restart on the right path after the burning away defeat against Parma and the international break. The Giallorossi have completed today’s mission.

Roma‘s convincing performance in front of their fans brought Fonseca’s side back to a Champions League spot and ready to fight for the qualification to that prestigious European tournament till the end of the season.

Paulo Fonseca played Florenzi as a defensive right-back and Pellegrini behind Dzeko. Both players performed well giving a good contribution to the team. In the press conference ahead of Roma-Brescia, the Portuguese coach had predicted the goal of the Bosnian star. Dzeko didn’t betray his coach.

Chris Smalling is today’s man of the match having scored the opener. The Englishman also provided two key assists for the second and third goals of the Lupi.
