The Portuguese coach held a press conference ahead of the next Serie A away match at the Stadio Tardini. Fonseca believes in his usual starting 11.
It’s going to be another tough match for the Giallorossi but Paulo Fonseca seems to be ready to confirm the same players that have recently played in Germany against Borussia M’Gladbach.
“It’s true that we have played many games these days, but I will not change much for the match against Parma. When the team is feeling good we don’t need to change much,” said Fonseca to the press today.
The Portuguese coach confirmed that Leonardo Spinazzola is fit and with the group. The Italian fullback may play on the right flank tomorrow. When asked if Spinazzola is ready to play against Parma, Roma’s coach clearly stated: “Yes, he is ready.”
Gianluca Mancini will play in midfield again. Although Amadou Diawara is fit and has also played in Germany, the Guinean will start tomorrow’s match from the bench as confirmed by Fonseca at the press conference: “I always think only about the next game. It’s true that Diawara is not ready to play for 90 minutes. Mancini will play in that position tomorrow.”
