Roma must give their best to collect three pivotal points tomorrow at the Stadio Olimpico. Fonseca recovers Perotti but Under and Mkhitaryan are still out.
There are key moments that can make a difference in a season. Roma will host AC Milan in the eternal city tomorrow and Paulo Fonseca is pretty confident his men are ready to show their quality. Although the roster of the Giallorossi has been affected by many injuries, the group must think about the next match with the right state of mind.
The Portuguese coach can rejoice for the return of one of the best players in his group. Diego Perotti is finally fit again after a long time. “Perotti has been training with us for a long time and he is ready to play. But I don’t know if he will last the 90 minutes,” said Paulo Fonseca in today’s press conference.
The Argentine left-winger is a player capable of making the difference on that side of the pitch. Justin Kluivert got a red card and he will not be available against the Rossoneri. Perotti should be a starter tomorrow and he could play close to Javier Pastore. “Pastore has played more than he normally would but we cannot make too many rotations,” confirmed Roma’s coach.
Cengiz Under and Henrikh Mkhitaryan are still out, though. The Turkey international is back training with his teammates and he could be available for the next match. The Armenian star, instead, has not resumed training with the group yet.
