Roma May Prefer Lovren’s Experience to Rugani

The Giallorossi are still monitoring defenders to launch the final attack to the one who best fits with Fonseca’s tactical system. Lovren is a possibility.

Paulo Fonseca wants a centre-back and albeit he would prefer a fast player, he may decide to go for one with a great international experience. Dejan Lovren could win the race that leads to the eternal city.

The 30-year-old from Zenica (Croatia) is ready for a new experience abroad. Liverpool‘s coach Klopp would let him go as soon as his club receives the right offer.

The Giallorossi were reportedly very close to JuventusRugani but Petrachi and the other Roma executives are now redirecting their attention to Dejan Lovren again. According to Sky Sport, the Lupi are thinking to the Croatian centre-back to bring a great dose of experience in Fonseca’s backline.
