Roma and Inter Make Progress but Icardi Keeps them on Hold

The Giallorossi have been very active recently and they may have agreed on a fee with Inter for Icardi. The striker still wants to assess his options before deciding.

Roma wants Mauro Icardi and Inter would be pretty happy to let him go to the eternal city. But the future of the strong Argentine player is still uncertain. The desire of three parties must match to finalize an agreement and only two of them shook hands right now.

According to Sportitalia, Roma and Inter are working on a Dzeko-Icardi swap with the Giallorossi that would pay approximately €45-50 million to the Nerazzurri.

Antonio Conte firmly wants the Bosnia international and Paulo Fonseca loves strikers able to score many goals. But Mauro Icardi is reportedly keeping both clubs on hold to wait for a potential offer from Juventus. The Bianconeri would be his favorite.

PSG could join the race for Icardi too. Yesterday, through her official Twitter account, the Portuguese journalist Claudia Garcia had said that the French side is also thinking of Icardi. Reportedly, Leonardo has already been in contact with the agent of the player.

Many think of the Argentine star but Roma seems to be firmly focused on bringing him to the eternal city. Will Icardi fall in love with the Giallorossi?
