Roma Leaning Towards Juventus’ Higuain

With the likely departure of Edin Dzeko, Roma is screening the market for a great striker. The Giallorossi are in contact with Juventus for Gonzalo Higuain.




Football pundits and people well informed about the transfer market in Italy believe that Roma is seriously interested in the Argentine star. Edin Dzeko should be leaving the eternal city this summer and the Lupi need a top choice up front. It will not be easy to replace the Bosnia international but there are a few top names on the Roma agenda. According to the former Inter striker Vieri, Dzeko is one of the best strikers in the Bel Paese.

As reported by Gianluca Di Marzio on Gianlucadimarzio.com, Roma is in contact with Juventus for Gonzalo Higuain. After the recent deal Pellegrini-Spinazzola, the club of the eternal city would like to pen a contract with the Argentine international.

Reportedly, Juventus gave a green light to this negotiation. Roma is, therefore, waiting for Higuain’s choice.
