Roma centre-forward Defrel may be joining Cagliari this summer. The Rossoblu are in contact with the Giallorossi to assess the feasibility of this deal.
Gregoire Defrel’s future seems to be far away from the Italian capital. Reportedly, Cagliari is really interested in signing the 28-year-old striker. The Giallorossi may be willing to trade him out for the right price.
According to transfer market expert Nicolò Schira (La Gazzetta dello Sport), Roma and Cagliari have been in contact this evening for Gregoire Defrel. The president of the club of the beautiful Italian island, Giulini, wants to sign the Roma striker as soon as possible.

The Lupi had purchased Defrel from Sassuolo a couple of years ago, but they decided to send him out on loan to Sampdoria last season. Roma is reportedly asking for about €13 million to let him go. The Giallorossi are already chasing another top-level striker to replace Edin Dzeko if the Bosnian star will decide to move to Inter.
