The striker spoke to the Italian channel right after the UEFA EURO Qualifiers match Italy-Bosnia and Herzegovina and left doubts about his future in Rome.
Some seem to be certain of his departure from the eternal city. Others, instead, believe that the Bosnian player can also decide to remain in the Italian capital. There is no certainty at this time albeit the Giallorossi could take advantage of the last chance to monetize by selling their almost 34 years old striker.
Inter seems to be in agreement with Dzeko. Reportedly, the Bosnian international would be ready for a new experience away from the Colosseum. But Roma is not willing to let him go by lowering its economic demand. The saga goes on and Paulo Fonseca may have something to say after all.
When asked if his future could be at Inter, Dzeko replied to the Italian channel RAI in a very vague way: “I’m still a Roma player. It has been a very long season. Now we have to think about the holidays and then we’ll see what happens.”
Words that seem to be those of a probable farewell. From a financial point of view, this could be the best choice but the arrival of the new coach could change the cards on the table.
