The current sporting director of the giallorossi clarifies that Roma are not going to change their ambitions even if the Champions League qualification is almost a mirage.
Roma defeated Juventus at stadio Olimpico on Sunday evening in front of more than 50,000 fans. Although they collected vital three points, the giallorossi are still behind Atalanta and Milan in the Champions League race.
Claudio Ranieri is doing his best for his beloved side, but his efforts may not be rewarded with an unexpected UCL qualification. Although the Roma fans are very disappointed with the performances of their idol this season, they can think positively about the future. Frederic Massara, the current sporting director of the Lupi, spoke about the future of the club.
“Several names are linked to Roma but regardless of who the coach will be, Roma will be strong and ambitious,” said Massara to Sky Italia.
Roma have reacquired mental solidity and the managers will have to shape a great roster for next season.
