The club of Trigoria is screening the market to find a great coach for the next season. Mourinho is available and Pallotta would have already contacted the Portuguese.
There’s no doubt that Roma are chasing a top coach for the 2019-20 campaign. Several names have been linked to the giallorossi in the past few months but most of them are very expensive targets.
Roma president Jim Pallotta wants the best for his team, though. The Bostonian investor is suffering this season watching his players’ poor performances. This is the reason why he would like to appoint a charismatic man as a leader of the group.
After his spell at Manchester United, Josè Mourinho could be returning to Italy in a few months. Rumors are reporting on Inter’s interest in the Portuguese coach but reportedly, Roma are chasing him as well.
According to the French Telefoot, Pallotta would have already contacted Mourinho to ask his availability for next season. Inter would also seem interested in Antonio Conte but if they fail to find an agreement with the former Chelsea coach, the Nerazzurri would go all-in for Mourinho.
