As reported by the Italian outlet Il Tempo, Roma bank €70 million from the 2018-19 Champions League, approximately €30m less than the previous year when Di Francesco‘s men had reached the semifinals against Liverpool.
The 2018-19 Champions League prize money is higher than ever (€1.95 billion). UEFA has established higher performance bonuses in order to make this competition even more fascinating and exciting.
