The Bosnia international doubled the lead today at the stadio Bentegodi. Edin Dzeko is not totally satisfied though. Roma need to keep a high level of concentration.

The giallorossi scored three goals against Chievo Verona and collected three deserved points today. But there’s always something to improve. Edin Dzeko is pleased with the final result of today’s game but the Bosnian striker pushed his teammates to do much better from now on.

“It is difficult for us to have a quiet evening. It was not so quiet in the first half. Sometimes we stop playing. Mirante made a great save, who knows what would have happened if they had scored the 1-2,” said Dzeko to Sky Sport. “After that very bad performance [against Fiorentinathe team has proven to be strong against Milan. Today we played well but it’s never easy to win an away match.”

Dzeko believes Roma must win their matches to qualify to the Champions League. It doesn’t matter what the other sides are going to do. The giallorossi need to find the right continuity to reach their objective.

“We need the support of our fans. We hope they will be back with us on Tuesday [against Porto]. We have to give our best,” concluded the Roma star.
