Florenzi in the Most Valuable Italian XI

Roma fullback Alessandro Florenzi is one of the most precious Italian players included in the most valuable Italian eleven.

Italian players have always been among the strongest in the world. But in the last few years, the football movement of the Bel Paese suffered a growing decline. The Italian national team coached by Giampiero Ventura failed to qualify for the 2018 World Cup in Russia triggering a sort of national drama in the peninsula.

Although these dramatic moments are now behind us, we can definitely admit that there are skilled Italian football players out there. The Most Valuable Italian XI confirms that the Azzurri could be a competitive side again. One of the players included in a hypothetical starting 11 is Roma‘s Alessandro Florenzi.

The Most Valuable Italian XI has been developed taking into account the current value of players as reported on transfermarkt. The Roma fullback is currently worth 30 million and he would be playing on the defensive right-side. The tactical approach selected is Di Francesco‘s 4-2-3-1. Three former Roma men have been included in the list, Emerson Palmieri, Romagnoli, and Caprari.
