Pallotta Furious: If the Referee Had Done His Job We Would Have Won

Roma President Jim Pallotta expresses his disappointment for the decisions of the referee right after Roma-Inter.

A spectacular match with a weird episode that could have changed the outcome of today’s big clash at the Stadio Olimpico.

The episode under observation is the penalty denied by the referee on Zaniolo. The Roma youngster was clearly fouled by D’Ambrosio within the box but inexplicably the VAR has not been made available for a better evaluation.

If the referee had done his job we would have won the match,” said a furious Jim Pallotta Italian outlet Pagine Romaniste.

I’m still screaming. This situation has been going on for many matches. It’s a record. I’ve watched the action several times and that was a clear penalty.
