“He devours the field keeping the ball close to his feet with harmony and ease. He is able to identify the dark lines of passage. He is a boy who sees spaces that others do not see. An extraordinary talent. When he was playing with Huracan, he was able to win the games thanks to his class.”

“I see him with great pride in Rome, I am delighted to see him return to Italy. When I talk about Rome and I think of AS Roma I feel an emotional storm.”

“Pastore is a playmaker, neither a midfielder nor a trequartista. He likes to roam the field and create numerical superiority even in the defensive zone. He approaches the ball to get it and runs away to have it back. He could play as a midfielder as well due to his endurance. He is a strong player led by a great coach like Di Francesco. I do not think there will be problems.”

Sabatini continues talking about his past in Rome.

”It was the greatest football love of my life. It is inevitable. I spent important years at Roma, a physically demanding period too. I am proud and satisfied with what I have done. I love Rome and AS Roma.”
