Monchi and Alisson, Working on Talisca Deal

Roma is chasing the Brazilian. The Spaniard and the goalkeeper are working to bring him to Italy.

Anderson Talisca is a top name for the next transfer window. Monchi is ready to make a bid as soon as the moment is favorable to convince the player and his current club.

As reported by the Italian newspaper ‘Il Tempo’, last week Monchi had the perception of being able to do something on that front. Although Talisca’s price tag seems to be too high for the Giallorossi, now something could have changed.

Roma sporting director decided to approach Benfica directly rather than getting in contact with Besiktas who got the player on loan for two years. The Turkish side is struggling in their domestic league and they could fail to qualify for the next Champions League. In the case their seasonal objective would disappear, the club could not be able to purchase the Brazilian for € 22 million.

Monchi could help Besiktas to do so but the Spaniard is not happy to follow unethical strategies to close deals. In fact, by doing so, Benfica would be out of the game. The club of Lisbon, though, would be happy to welcome Talisca back to sell him for the best offer as soon as possible.

Reportedly, Talisca’s agent has been contacted by Monchi while the Brazilian goalkeeper Alisson spoke with his friend at the Brazilian national team retreat ahead of the forthcoming World Cup in Russia.

Monchi and Alisson are working on Talisca deal. Roma entered the race for this talented player really appreciated by Di Francesco as well.
