Roma’s sporting director Monchi poised to challenge Juventus and Inter for the Italian midfielder.
Bryan Cristante is a very qualitative midfielder and several clubs are chasing the player. The Italian guy is doing great things at Atalanta. The 23-year-old of San Vito al Tagliamento (Italy) is a central midfielder who made 37 appearances, 11 goals, and 2 assists in the current campaign. He played 2,867 minutes in three competition, Serie A, Europa League, and Coppa Italia.
Monchi is ready to launch a final attack to sign the player for the next summer. The Spaniard would be willing to offer some €35 million to Atalanta. According to the Italian outlet ‘Calciomercato.it’, the Roma managers moved steps ahead for the acquisition of the Italian midfielder. Juventus and Inter are monitoring the situation as well. Reportedly, the giallorossi offered €2m per season to Bryan Cristante and a contract valid for 5 years.
Eventually, Cristante could replace Strootman or Nainggolan if Roma will decide to trade one of these two players out.
Bryan Cristante moved to Bergamo on loan from Benfica on January 27, 2017. Atalanta will purchase the player from the Portuguese club and should trade him out at the end of the season.
