Roma‘s striker Patrik Schick clarified his situation after the criticisms received due to his ‘inappropriate’ interview with ‘Reporter’.

Once more, football players use the social networks to clarify their position and restore peace around them. Early this morning, media were reporting on the controversial words of Patrik Schick. The striker had released an interview with ‘Reporter’ in which he expressed his desire to earn a higher salary and play for top teams like Real Madrid, Barcelona, or Manchester United in the future.

Roma fans were questioning themselves about Schick’s real participation in the Roma project. In fact, the player played only 17 minutes with the Lupi and he is struggling to recover from his injury. His words seemed to be ‘inappropriate’ also because the player has been paid €42 million last summer and he still never had the opportunity to show his technique for the sack of Roma.

Just a few minutes ago, Patrik Schick decided to use his Instagram profile to clarify the situation and stated:

“I am very proud and happy to be here [Roma]. I never thought about leaving. Now I will do everything to return on the field. There’s only one thing in my mind. I want to give everything for Roma. Forza Roma always!!!”
