Roma and Brazil goalkeeper Alisson was exclusively interviewed by ‘Sky Sport’. The player spoke about the World Cup, Roma, and the upcoming derby della capitale.
Alisson is definitely one of the best surprises for Roma and for the world of football.
The goalkeeper is doing great things in the Italian capital and with his national team. After seven clean sheets and after having demonstrated a great temperament, Roma’s keeper is ready for the upcoming efforts.
“Roma and Lazio are playing well and this derby is a top priority for us. We must win! We have confidence because we are playing well. Although Roma and Lazio play differently, both teams are doing great things. We must play as a team if we want to succeed.
I was surprised seeing Italy out of the World Cup. I’m really sorry for my teammates and the whole country. I am also sad for my idol Buffon. I wouldn’t have hoped for him to win the World Cup because I play for Brazil. But he would have deserved a better ending.
Which goalkeepers do I like? Manchester United‘s De Gea is performing very well. Strakosha? He is young but he’s doing well too. He plays well with his feet too.”
