Roma collected vital three points going ahead with a streak of 1-0 wins. The giallorossi bit Bologna and managed the peace of the game with a superb mastery.
The Lupi completed their mission collecting other three points necessary to follow the group of teams that are currently at the top of the standings. A very good match at the Olimpico Stadium between two teams well managed and tactically well prepared.
Eusebio Di Francesco reshaped, once more, his starting 11 redirecting Bruno Peres on the left defensive flank and giving to Florenzi the leading position on the right. Strootman, De Rossi, and Pellegrini formed a very solid midfield line while Defrel and El Shaarawy supported Dzeko up there.
The Italian-Egyptian made the difference not just for the amazing goal scored but also thanks to his proactive and offensive interpretation of the role. El Sha was unstoppable on the left offensive flank and supported both phases with tactical wisdom and endurance.

Bologna tried to put the Lupi in danger a few times developing fast counterattacks but Roma‘s defensive line seemed to be, once more, impassable. Federico Fazio managed the operations with great tactical acumen and calm.
Di Francesco’s men are the best Serie A defense at this time having suffered only five goals in 10 matches.
