Roma has established a new partnership with Atlanta’s Concorde Fire Soccer Club who joins the club’s US Academy programme.
Since 2015, the giallorossi are developing their US Academy programme. 11 teams are partnering with the Lupi so far. Roma is monitoring the US market to find and develop the best young players in America.
Jim Pallotta believes that the US Academy programme is a top priority for his club because several talented players could enhance the Lupi in the future.
As reported by the official Roma website, Gregg Blasingame, executive director of Concorde Fire Soccer Club expressed his happiness to join the giallorossi in this engaging programme.
“We are honoured to partner with Roma in this programme and we are also ready to implement Roma’s best practices and methodology into our programing.”
Jim Pallotta’s right arm Alex Zecca has confirmed this new partnership.
“I would like to welcome Concorde Fire to the AS Roma US Academy family. We look forward to developing exceptional soccer talents together with Concorde.”
