Aleksandar Kolarov believes that his new adventure at AS Roma could be successful.
The 31-year-old released an interview to Roma TV to discuss his objectives with his new club.
“I’m very happy to be here. I met coach Di Francesco and my teammates but I will have time to know them better in the next few days.
I also spoke to the sporting director Monchi. The negotiation was really fast. He was very important in this transfer. He was clear and open with me and I did the same with him. We found an agreement in two minutes.
Edin Dzeko told me a lot about Roma, he said only good things about the club. I am very happy to play with him again.
I will give 100 per cent to win every game and try and win some trophies. Serie A has returned to where it was before – it’s an extremely competitive league.
I am with Roma and I’ll give my best for this club. Lazio is my rivals on the pitch.”
