Harvard University serves as AS Roma home base

Are you thinking to fly to the USA to follow your beloved team? Well done! There is something special for you. AS Roma holds open training at Harvard University.

The 2017 International Champions Cup will be a great event in which top teams like Real Madrid, Barcelona, PSG, Juventus, Tottenham Hotspurs, Manchester United, AS Roma, and Manchester City will face each other.

This event has been thought to bring top stars in the USA and improve the knowledge and passion for soccer of the American people. However, on the other side, the ICC is also a great way for clubs to increase their visibility in the United States of America.

AS Roma will play the following three matches overseas: Paris Saint-Germain (July 19 in Detroit, Mich.), Tottenham (July 25 in Harrison, N.J.) and Juventus (July 30 in Foxboro, Mass.).

Fans can watch Roma train at Harvard University.

As reported by Nick Hemming from SBNATION, training sessions will take place twice a day—9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.—from July 20-30 (the team will not train July 25, when it travels to Red Bull Arena to play Tottenham). Fans who want to attend can visit Harvard University’s Ohiri Field, located on the east side of Soldiers Field Athletic Area.
