Roma is considering former Newcastle United attacker Florian Thauvin as a replacement for Mohamed Salah.
The Italian newspapers Il Messaggero believes that Florian Thauvin is the real target of the Giallorossi.
Although the 24-year-old has not performed as expected at Newcastle but his performances improved with Marseille led by former Roma boss Rudi Garcia. He could be the right candidate for the AS Roma right flank but he is able to play as a left offensive winger as well.
Thauvin scored 15 goals and assisting 11 in 43 appearances for L’OM, who finished fifth in Ligue 1.
