The Greek defender Kostas Manolas was definitely one of the best performers in the home match against Juventus. His future with the Giallorossi is in doubt and Inter is closely monitoring the situation. In a recent event, Manolas released an interview and clarified his point of view about the future.
“I would like to stay at Roma. I have a contract for 2 more years but I cannot decide anything. It’s the club that decides what I have to do.”
Manolas also spoke about the big Serie A clash that Roma won against Juventus on Sunday evening.
“We deserved the victory. We played well as a team limiting Higuain’s influence on the match. You must always be focused because you know that in just a moment he can free up and score a goal.
Now we are going to face two finals. The club and the players need to play the Champions League. Roma deserves that competition.”
