Roma defender Antonio Rudiger has returned to the Lupi line up and is back in full training with his teammates following his injury absence.
The 22-year-old has been out for several weeks with a knee injury and was originally expected to remain on the bench until the end of October, though it seems like he may now be able to take part in the capital city club’s next match against Empoli on Saturday.
According to Roma TV, the Germany international returned to full training on Monday in preparation for the upcoming home clash against Empoli and is close to being fully fit ahead of the weekend.
Iago Falque was also present in training following some injury troubles, while Kostas Manolas was present for part of the Giallorossi practice session despite recently suffering a rib injury while on international duty with Greece this past week.
Rudiger has made just two Serie A appearances this term thus far due to his struggles with injury.
