New Roma signing Lucas Digne believes that the capital city club have all the necessary ingredients for future success.
The 22-year-old recently completed a season-long loan move to the Giallorossi from Paris Saint-Germain and he admits that there were several things that drew him to the Italian side, including the club’s history and their loyal fans, while confirming that he’s looking forward to playing in the Champions League with the Serie A club.
Digne spoke to Roma TV about his arrival at the Stadio Olimpico outfit and expressed his confidence in the Lupi’s ability to win.
“I chose Roma because it’s a very historical club,”
said the France international.
“Besides the history, it will also be nice to play in the Champions League. Plus, fans here are very loving and welcoming, which is very important to me.
“I know that this club and this city have all of the ingredients needed to win.”
