Conte complains and AS Roma could think about a new coach!

Antonio Conte, the coach of the Italian national team, admitted that he needs something more of a simple role as recruiter and he opened to the possibility to coach again in Italy or abroad. On the other side AS Roma must decide Garcia’s future.
Antonio Conte and AS Roma’s destiny might encounter. Recently the Italian coach released an interview to “CHI“, an Italian magazine, in which he expressed his melancholy for the everyday work on the playing field:
“For long time I was in touch with the players on a daily basis but I chose with my heart and I decided to join the Italian natinal team. That was a difficult moment for me and I hope to have chosen well.
In the future I would like to work with continuity on the playing field and I discovered that it’s not possible to do that being the recruiter of a national team. I’m a bit disappointed about this situation. I like to teach football and win. Even if now I’m the coach of Italy I will check if I’ll have the possibility to work for a club in Italy or abroad.”
These are tough words that Antonio Conte directed to the entire Italian football system. The former Juventus coach seems to be ready to evaluate offers that he might receive even if his contract with the Italian football federation is still long. On the other side there is the AS Roma and its actual technical problems.
After the stinging defeat against Sampdoria, AS Roma’s General Manager Mauro Baldissoni clarified a few concepts about the future of the players and of the coach as well:
“Roma was built to compete and possibly win but the team has lost the right path. This is not the moment to analyze the details but to return to the victory. If Roma will not achieve its seasonal objective we’ll evaluate the consequences.”
The coach and the players are alerted. AS Roma’s management is ready to accuse and remove every employee that for various reasons didn’t perform well during this season. Rudi Garcia already understood the meaning of this serious statement and after the defeat against the blucerchiati he promptly said:
“I love AS Roma and this city but I won’t be a burden for the club. We’ll see what to do at the end of the season.”
At this stage the question is..If Roma dicides to replace Rudi Garcia who could be the right coach for this anomalous team?
My answer is Antonio Conte even if a portion of my heart is ready to support an eventual return of the coach from Certaldo, Luciano Spalletti. I have to say that since I watch football and decided to live my life beside the giallorossi Luciano Spalletti‘s Roma is the best expression of football of my beloved team. However, most of the AS Roma supporters are not willing to accept his eventual return to Rome and at this stage I believe that Antonio Conte could be the perfect trainer for the giallorossi.
Obviously Antonio Conte would be rejected by most of the AS Roma supporters because he is framed as the ultimate expression of Roma’s bitter enemy, Juventus FC. However, I believe that he would be the right person to coach Roma because he would bring the maximum work culture and a module that I believe to be perfect for most of the AS Roma players. His 3-5-2 would give a new life to Pjanic and De Rossi and even players like Gervinho and Florenzi could have the possibility to express their qualities by burning the side bands.
This is my point of view, let me know what you think!
