Roma’s management is working hard in order to let the club earn more than 200 million euro in the next season.
Roma is ready to speed up its development plan because Pallotta & Co. implemented a strategy that is going to drastically increase the profits of the club. On the basis of the marketing plan studied by Roma’s experts the club should be able to pass the 200 million euro threshold in 2015-16 and even more in 2016-17, up to 210 million euro. These are the estimates made by CalcioFinanza.it on the basis of the recent financial plan that Pallotta agreed with Goldman Sachs. This partnership with the most important investment company of the world foresees a sharp increase in the profits coming from the sponsor and merchandising. In addition these profits will be also increased by the probable constant Roma access to the Champions League in the previously stated years.
Thanks to this strategy implemented by the AS Roma American management the Giallorossi will be able to close the economic gap with Juventus and Milan that are the leading Italian teams for profits. Moreover, Roma will also be able to cope with the stringent parameters of the financial fair play. Pallotta firmly believes that his team will center its economic targets even if it will not be easy to do that.
In reference to the profits coming from sponsor and merchandising there should be an increase from the actual 25 million euro per year to around 47 in 2016-17. In addition Pallotta is developing the digital content and the official radio and TV channel, Roma Radio and Roma TV.
Obviously, the profits that CalcioFinanza.it forecasted are reachable only if Roma will play in the Champions League every year. Roma’s management is working hard to create a sustainable industrial system which will provide economic stability and guarantee to remain at high level in the future.
