Destro-El Shaarawy: Crossed destinies!

There is an hot deal that is going on in these hours…we are talking about the possible agreement between Roma and Milan to swap their sad forwarders. Destro is definitely a Milan target and Inzaghi would like to have the Italian striker as soon as possible. Destro’s price tag is high, Roma asks 20 million euro for his striker and Galliani is working hard to make a strategy in order to pay the player during the next summer. AC Milan’s sporting director needs the final approval from the big boss, the president Silvio Berlusconi in order to be sure to have the necessary funds to finalize this deal. Mattia Destro is pushing his agent to go aehad with this agreement because he wants to play more and he would surely have more possibilities to play at Milan rather than at Roma.
AS Roma is evaluating the situation. Sabatini and Garcia agree are positive to sell the player even if it is never a good thing to strenghten a rival playing in the same championship. However, at this stage Milan is not in competition with Roma and the deal could be done. As previously stated, Sabatini wants to get 20 million euro from Destro’s deal in order to have enough cash to target a great striker during the summer transfrer market session. Garcia deeply analyze the actual alternatives if Destro leaves in January and he seems to be really interested in pursuing El Shaarawy from the Rossoneri. He could be the right winger to replace Gervinho that will be absent for the African Cup for a couple of months. If El Shaarawy is in a perfect physical shape he is definitely a great talent and a possible champion. He already demonstrated his great value at Milan when, 2 years ago, he scored many goals only during the first part of the Serie A. Unfortunately then he got injured and he began a troubled rehabilitation pathway.
The deal is definitely hot. Milan and Roma are proactively working to find a win/win agreement and in the next few days we could see the end of the story.
