Sabatini wants a great left-back and forwards

Data provided by Transfermarkt

Walter Sabatini is carefully monitoring the market to close a triple mega deal that would increase the talent of the team and the passion of the supporters. His idea would be a great double hit in the forward line and single mega deal for the left-back, a role that has always been a problem for the team.

Yesterday, Gianluca Di Marzio, the famous transfer market expert, stated that Sabatini is ready to make a huge effort to convince Adriano, FC Barcelona’s left-back, to join Garcia’s group. We want to clarify that this deal is absolutely not easy and not close to a positive ending! However, also thanks to the Brazilian’s colony that is residing in the capital of Italy and the declared ambitions of James Pallotta, Adriano could agree to try a new experience with the AS Roma team.

The double deal in the forward line could be represented by the duo Iturbe-Lukaku, or Iturbe-Jackson Martinez. According to rumors coming from Spain, yesterday Martinez’s agent landed in Italy to speak about the strong Colombian striker. The same agent confirmed that Sabatini is deeply interested in Martinez’s acquisition but, however, at the moment AS Roma still has to advance an offer. Just yesterday we also highlighted that Sabatini is very interested in the strong Belgian striker Romero Lukaku as well. Probably this is the reason why Sabatini still did not make an offer for Jackson Martinez. He is still evaluating which could be the best option also on the basis of Rudi Garcia’s tactics on the pitch.

This triple mega deal could be realized thanks to the fresh profits coming from the participation to the next Champions League, the sponsor of the jersey (a deal should be announced soon) and the careful management of the players in surplus that could be included in some deal (especially true for Iturbe’s deal with Hellas Verona.)
